Scot Menzies received his B.Sc. in Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary in 1996 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1999. Scot was called to the Alberta Bar in August of 2000 and initially gained significant experience in civil and commercial litigation, including family law. Since 2003, Scot's practice has been devoted exclusively to family law. Scot became a partner in January, 2009.

Scot endeavours to guide his clients through what are often trying times towards a resolution best suiting their individual needs. Scot has both a
court practice and a collaborative practice.

When he's not busy with his wife and daughters, Scot is a running enthusiast and participates in many events, including full and half-marathons, road races and 10Ks.
