Krysta H. Ostwald

Krysta Ostwald earned her B.A. in 1993 and her LL.B. in 1996, both from
the University of Victoria. She articled with the firm of Fraser Milner
and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1997. Since then she has practised
exclusively in the area of family law. Krysta worked with the firms of
Laurie Allen & Associates and Turnbull Boyes before joining Soby Boyden
Lenz in 2001. She became a partner in January 2004.
Krysta's practice emphasizes resolving disputes without unnecessary conflict.
She utilizes many processes including collaborative
family law, negotiation, mediation,
arbitration and litigation.
Krysta strives to resolve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Her goal is to provide the advice and support her clients need to make
the best decisions for themselves and their families.
Krysta has been named by the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory and Woodward White Inc. as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada, 2006 - current.
Krysta's interests include skiing, biking, hiking and travelling. She
is married and has two sons.
